R-O-C Buildout

R-O-C has been in development for well over THREE years. From ideation to development, every detail has been labored over. In particular, we purchased the building in historic downtown Redlands, reimagined the “bones,” and implemented the ethos of R-O-C to complement the environment. In particular, we hired local artists Nancy and Bob Hayes to paint and age the ceiling of the restaurant, adding unique charm that transports the guest into a sense of timeless pleasure.
