R-O-C Menu Development
The menu for R-O-C is built on the namesake, oysters. Sourcing from some of the best small family farms across the nation, we found the flavors taste best within a four day window of harvesting. Understanding our restaurant is located in the Inland Empire, we knew we had to work with farms that could ship the freshest oysters immediately after harvesting. Luckily for us, we were able to work with Hama Hama Oyster company and Chelsea Farms to name a few.
