If you have ever stepped inside R-O-C more than likely you have had our key lime pie - tart with just the right amount of sweet with an unparalleled crust. It makes our mouth water just thinking about it. It has been staple on the menu since day one and it has reached, dare we say, cult status amongst our patrons, family and friends.  

Behind our magical dessert is our pastry chef, Kaitlyn Jones. Since day one, Kaitlyn has been the foundation of every dessert coming out of our kitchen and has been essential in our success for the last five years.
